Great workout but more importantly, the knowledge she shared in those 30 mins have drastically benefited my routine. Staff is nice, personable, and encouraging. Atmosphere is always fun. Hours are great. Facility is clean. Equipment is in good shape, any maintenance is done quickly."

"Today was the day I realize how Crunch staff really cares about their customers. Today at Zumba class our instructor phone was having difficulties working. We called the AMAZING LIZZY to see if she can help. We realized it was the phone that was the issue not the gym sound system. So what did Lizzy do??? She let the instructor BORROW her phone for the hour so that class can commence. There was about 40 men and women waiting and Lizzy saved the day by donating her phone for this great class! This shows how management in the train the staff exceptionally well. The whole group fitness room erupted in cheers when the music was finally playing all thanks to Lizzy. Please keep her around. Because if she or Dom leaves, I'm leaving too. Lolol. Because it's rare to find people like this and because of her, I was able to burn 1,017 calories Today 9/28/2023 at Nicole T. Zumba class in this location. Exceptional service, great atmosphere, good vibes and just a great gym OVERALL."

"Friendly staff, great equipments here, even when it’s sometimes scattered I saw workers putting things back. Less people then other location, love it’s 24hrs some days. Did go in the night so it may differ in the morning."

"It would be unfair to give this place 1 star, but it sure ain’t 5. Cons: What you’re looking at in my photos is EVERY SINGLE OTHER BENCH and both curling stations with weights on the bars, and nobody working out on them. This is around 8am, so not even high traffic. The racked weights are a disaster, too, and I’ve gone to other great Crunch Fits across Florida, none this bad. It’s one thing for self-centered members of a cheap fitness center to not care enough to clean up after themselves, but they have nearly a dozen uniformed people at the front desk who could be making rounds and tidying up. I’m coming from an old school bodybuilding gym where 1 guy worked the counter and he still went around taking care of the place better, and it cost less! I’m OCD and will rearrange weights between sets, but I finally gave up my second day there. That brings me to point number 2: beware hidden fees. “$15 a month! $1 sign on fee!” They won’t tell you until you’re signing that there’s a $60 annual fee, so now that’s $20/mo. Oh, and did you forget your checkbook as a secondary method of payment? That’s an extra $3/mo. Pros: it’s clean, has plenty of amenities, at least a half dozen squat racks/deadlift platforms, boxing center, HIIT training, and a solid number of benches and machines. If the members and the staff took more pride in this place, you could have an amazing gym, and I’ll happily update my review if I see it improve. I only swapped because it’s closer to my house and more convenient to lift before work. Update: added a photo of their water fountain filter. It’s been blinking red, needing replacing, and I came in today to find the light covered up. You can still see the red glow blinking next to it. I’m trying to think of a legitimate reason or accident on how that could happen, but I can’t come up with one other than they’re trying to hide it."

"Crunch Fitness is one of the best gyms I've ever been to. I was very impressed at how many variations of everything they had. I love how much space there is and how you don't have to wait to use the gym like other places. They also keep it nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating which is nice and they are helpful if you have any questions etc... I love how they have the boxing on the 2nd floor upstairs with the heavy bags etc... Overall I rate this gym a 10/10 for all the different equipment to train on, cleanliness and friendliness of staff."
