"Wonderful pre-school. The teachers and staff are fantastic! My child couldn’t be happier!"
"My children started attending this school back in 2019. At first the experience was a bit of an adjustment as we are not from the area and felt like we were being treated less then the other parents due to our skin color. We stayed persistent tho as this was the only school we found that had parent access to cameras (there is no sound for the parents, but parents have visible access) which was very refreshing as the other daycares we found did not provide that amenity. Time passed and after some hiccups the directors became more agreeable in their engagement. My daughters enjoyed the environment & I felt the day to day activities were helping them to excel in the learning arena. As my son turned 1 I also enrolled him & things seemed to be going great. I thought I was building a good relationship with the individual teachers that my children had & although there were some minor issues over the years (my children being penalized for speaking up about others children’s behavior towards them). My oldest daughter fell on the playground & fractured her arm needing emergency surgery to place 2 pins in her elbow, because she was being allowed to go down slides while other children were climbing up. I felt the pro’s outweighed the con’s so I just wrote it off as kids being kids although other children also had the same mishaps on their watch. I was eventually befriended by one of the teachers there and exchanged personal phone numbers with her as she told me that she would give me day to day updates on my daughters when they went off the premises for “field trip” type activities. This teacher would take random pictures of my daughters (mainly one in particular) and send them to me via text to “show me my daughter was enjoying herself”. I trusted her. I did notice an extreme fondness of my younger daughter in particular, but assumed this teacher just “loved her job”. Well I was wrong. She would make statements to me about how my daughter “reminded her of her daughter when she was her age” & how “my daughter could come home with her for a weekend”. I would smile & laugh it off jokingly. I thought “this teacher is nice.” Yet behind the niceness I came to find out is a very strange adult. An adult that went as far as to make false allegations to DCF about my child to try & have my youngest daughter removed from my home. She tried to call in anonymously, but was caught when my daughter came & told me this teacher had pulled her to the side several times asking her personal questions about her home life making her feel uncomfortable. I texted the teacher & she admitted to the act. I pulled my daughters out of the aftercare immediately & angrily complained to the front desk directors about what took place. They pretended to be concerned & apologized on behalf of this teacher for what had happened & told me they were sorry I had to experience something like that. A few days passed and more visits from DCF ensued & I came in to notify the front desk director of the ongoing fiasco. This time I threatened to go public with the entire ordeal & was once again given fake concern about what my family was being put through. Later that evening I received a phone call from the Endeavors Personal explaining how my son who is in the daily daycare had been withdrawn by them and me nor my son were allowed there anymore. All I can say is WOW. Its so depressing when you feel that you have found a place with people you can trust with the safety & well being of your children only to discover there are WEIRDO’s working there!!! Needless to say the investigation went nowhere & my child is traumatized. Would I suggest this place to other parents? No. Be mindful of the fake smiles. Also be very afraid of child care facilities that choose to hide their employees dirty work in favor of justice for the parents & children. I am heartbroken. & FYI this teacher is still very much employed & floats around from class to class having access to all the children. Stay alert for RED FLAGS."
"Excellent school! They have a friendly staff and the teachers are very attentive to our child."
"My daughter was previously in another school and every time I picked her up she was always crying and I never found her happy, now that she is in this place every time I pick her up she is always happy, thanks to Miss Claudia for taking good care of my daughter, thank you for teach her a lot, we as parents see our daughter's progress every day!"
"We have a daughter in daycare and a daughter in aftercare and they both absolutely LOVE going! The teachers all treat them like their own and the girls are always so happy to see them. We are so grateful for the kindness and care shown towards our daughters. We would highly recommend Creative Child to anyone looking for somewhere to trust with their children."
