"Called to get a quote on a surety bond. The lady was very helpful. We received the quote of 750 dollars + 22 dollars credit card fee. We decided to pay for the quote. After they charged the credit card, they said the quote increased to 1500 dollars. I requested my money back. They sent a check for 750 dollars. When I called to get my 22 dollars back, they said the credit card fee was non refundable. Please deduce your own conclusions."

"I can not believe the way I was treated by the company I have been given the run around and given some lame excuse about receiving my refund check I was told that it was the postal service and I went there to check it out and found it not to be true on my check being returned it is the negligence of the person sending it out by telling it was returned “3” times well obviously someone couldn’t get it off right how incompetent it is to inconvenience me and had to wait over many weeks to receive it and still have not gotten it so what kind of compensation will I get due to this company’s mess it was so unacceptable to have this issue still on going I am at my final straw dealing with this matter I want the refund ASAP thanks"
