"I went in yesterday and had a horrible experience. I got dressed in a gown and I had to sit in a waiting room with other women who were also undressed and in gowns. I was the only black girl there, but that’s besides the point. When they finally called my name I encountered the rudest doctor I’ve ever met in my life. He was asking me questions and as I was answering them he was insulting me saying things like “your 20 years old it can’t be that hard to remember” “your the one paying me your money to do the procedure you need my help.” He also told me I needed to be on birth control and that it was preventable, I understand that was his way of being informative but it was the manner in how he did it. He threatened to not do my ultrasound because after all the cruel treatment I was so behooved I couldn’t even gather myself. I was crying hysterically and he said “we would’ve been done already” in the midst of everything while he was asking me questions I was so worked up I said “I don’t know bro” he replied “I’m not your bro and I don’t have to do this you wanted to do this.” Eventually I laid down still crying and he snatched my gown up exposing me. I work in medical so I know 1- your never supposed to tell a patient “I’m trying to help you” or threaten them a patient can refuse service a doctor however can’t refuse service unless there is a medical reason for them to refuse 2- a patients genitals should be covered while working in other areas of the body, meaning I should’ve been covered until he needed to actually preform the ultrasound. He was rude, nasty, I felt degraded and humiliated in front of 2 other nurses who were there. He made me feel illiterate and considering the circumstances he should’ve been a little more compassionate. I requested another doctor and they said I would have to pay more money. At this point I don’t even think I want to get the procedure done anymore. I will be reporting there tomorrow to talk with the staff. All I can say is please save yourself the trouble and don’t bother showing up here and that doctor should be ashamed of himself for treating me so poorly. When I say he snatched my gown up he SNATCHED IT. The nurses were super sweet however and I will be trying to push the manner as far as I possibly can."

"Leaving this review so maybe i can prevent other women from making the mistake of coming here, first of all they make you sign a form where you’re not fully asleep but put in a light sedative. I am not lying when i tell you i felt every single process of this procedure, dr did not even wait to see if the sedative had worked when he pinched my vein i asked the nurse if i was supposed to still be wide away & her reply was “we dont completely sedate you” from this point on I thought it was normal to be completely away, i was extremely scared when not even a second after “sedating” me he started to put things in me, fast forwarding into the procedure i started to scream and basically shout it hurts please stop is he done, the nurse asked me why was i screaming i told her it was extremely painful. I knew this was not supposed to feel like this i felt every single thing done to me during those 6-10 minutes. Extremely traumatizing experience. Please don’t go here as it seems that i am not the only person this has happened to."

"Worst experience of my life, both the doctors are rude as hell . And the “sedation” Didn’t work on me , and the other woman that went ahead of me. Not worth the money time and risks . I felt everything they did . And have nothing but ongoing pain since I left ."

"I came in 9:30am for a surgical abortion. The a/c was barely working in the front office. You are only allowed to be inside on your own with no one to accompany you. In the paperwork you are advised you will only be given a conscious sedative and not be asleep during the procedure. The pricing was 280 for anything 10 weeks and under. The doctor didn't arrive until almost 11:30am. Youre sat down in a room full of women and given a gown. In the room you can hear the suction machine start and stop. I was fine waiting until I heard horrible screaming coming from the room when a procedure was being done on a woman(she was the only one who had been screaming in horrible pain saying it "it's hurting me it's hurting me"). I stepped out of the waiting room and asked a nurse if this was normal with the surgical choice. She said sometimes the patients react to the sedative that way. I quickly removed my gown put on my clothes and left. They did refund me most of my money except the 20$ for the pregnancy test. I personally thought it was barbaric to hear that kind of screaming for a procudedute that I was advised would only cause a pressure sensation if you do feel anything at all. I hadn't seen any other complaints from women personally I just didn't want to take the chance. Waiting time was long but prices were afforable."

"The waiting area is pretty small but that didn’t matter to me because there was not that many ppl there when I went for my procedure. I was told walk ins was from 11am- 1pm. I got there at 12:30 after getting there filling out the paperwork. I was in and out! Great customer service. The prices were also great! Definitely recommend"
