"HORRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK FOR THEY TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES LIKE TRASH. $13 an hour in today’s society is CRAZY! How are they even comfortable with paying people $13 an hour? Fast food is paying more. Furthermore they furloughed EVERYONE unexpectedly UNPAID LEAVE. As a company they failed to let us know prior to laying us off for an ENTIRE MONTH. For some people that’s their ONLY income. Instead of paying their CURRENT EMPLOYEES more they are hiring temporary agents & paying the temporary agents $15 or $16 an hour! That’s ridiculous. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! The ceo should be ashamed, then when the employees ask questions about an increase pay they would tell us to keep it professional LOL THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!"

".This job is so unprofessional that the staff are all disorganized. I am still going back and forth with my supervisor and human resources on my schedule. How do I work a new schedule for a week and a half and then say oh that schedule was not approved?"" How does that make sense. Every time I answer calls, members say oh thank you for not hanging up on me, the person just before you hung up on me, etc I have good percentages etc shouldn't even have to explain. BUT SAVE URSELFS FROM A MISAERABLE COMPANY. When I 1st started, I had 2 training instructors they been with the company for some years now get this those same two, the training instructors resigned, so that clearly says something. Should have really taken that as a sign. Leticia Acala is by far the worst supervisor she doesn't even properly know how to send emails there's always a mistake on her spelling simple words and I shouldn't have to go back and forth so being a professional that I am I am speaking with HR to fix all of this!!! But please save urselfs from the stress and unprofessional staff. Working for this company for 6 months now and it's by far the worse job I've ever had. BEWARE of Convey! You would think working from home would make it easier but no it really doesn't. There's little to no communication on subjects you have to find out for yourself sometimes. Management seems to be clueless at times, the employees be knowing a little more than the managers sometimes, sad to say. But this company needs to do BETTER as a WHOLE."

"Perhaps I should research before blindly submitting resumes. From the looks and sounds of it, I am vastly over-qualified. Why would you all want someone with a Master's Degree (me) around all of those with a GED or high school diploma (you all)? I'd feel ashamed, too."
