"I was referred to this company by a good friend to get a bond to start my new business I sent over a payment in the amount requested might I mention patiently waiting and being ignored, however after finding out after numerous of call and non responsive messages and not to mention the bad attitude of the individual Diana I spoke to this company don’t even have the insurance I needed. She told me I had to be held accountable for 9days for insurance I never used that I didn’t even knew I had, after literally 27days I finally got a full refund but she was rude to the individual who referred me to her and he has been nice enough to send others to her.
