"I've always been the kind of person who's hot and cold when it comes to fitness. Sometimes I'm all in, running miles every day or hitting the weights hard. Other times, it's a struggle to stay active and keep my weight in check. "My HEW story: So I joined HEW Fitness Delray Beach at the end of January 2021 due to being extremely stressed from everyday life and a new supervisory position at work. Mind you at the time, I was already working out at a national commercial gym but was not quite getting what I needed to thrive. After completing my first trial class which was extremely challenging I decided that I would take the leap and have never looked back.
