"This is not a welcoming CrossFit gym for beginners. I’ve been to Gardens CrossFit a handful of times before but I will not become a member nor take a class again. The owner approached me during a particularly challenging exercise, which is new to me, at first trying to correct my form. The owner approached me again, asked if I have done CrossFit before, then condescendingly told me that I should have not dropped in. Instead of discoursing me, coaching would have been more helpful. The members and the other coach were helpful but the owner soured my experience. CrossFit is challenging and a lot of fun, just not at Gardens CrossFit."

"For the beginner: this is a place where you’ll be loved and pushed all in one. For the more experienced: my husband & I have been to lots of great gyms (and I used to own one) and this is by far the best. We weren’t sure we would ever return to a gym after the birth of our youngest daughter & Covid, but after a couple days here we have our entire family - including our kids - involved in a program and wouldn’t ever want to leave. Highly recommend to anyone. For the advanced CrossFitter: we have been to the top 3 or 4 CrossFit gyms whose names you know, and Gardens is better than any of them."

"I am from Detroit and have dropped in to this Cross Fit Box on multiple occasions. A couple times a year and a half ago and recently mid November 2018. First, prior to my travel the staff promptly answered my email questions. The facility is clean and well organized. The staff and members are welcoming and friendly. Miki, El and Jason, coaches and athletes, were up beat and treated me like any member by providing encouragement and coaching. I highly recommend this box. If you live in Palm Beach and are considering a Cross Fit location, this will not let you down. If you are dropping in, you will be more then satisfied. I look forward to returning March of 2019 on my next trip to Palm Beach. Thanks guys!"
