"Took a class here with Master Teresa - my first Taekwondo class ever! I am somewhat experienced with martial arts, having trained in Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu since 2008. Fought in a number of competitions over the years in South Florida, Los Angeles and New York City. They have a kids & teens Taekwondo program that is among the best in the country, and their NYC location is known as one of the best for competitive Taekwondo. Master Teresa makes learning Taekwondo for self defense fun and easy--will definitely be going back whenever I'm in town. Highly recommend for beginners and experienced martial artists alike."
