"This insurance Agency is a scam! Once you buy a policy, they stop responding to your phone calls and email all the time, but it's usually just to increase your premium. They will try to sell you expensive flood insurance even if your property isn't in a flood zone, and they keep raising your premium every year. I reported them to Citizens, who strongly advised me to get rid of this agency. I don't know who keeps giving them positive reviews, but it must be fake because they don't even have a Trustpilot or BBB rating, despite having so many complaints. The insurance scene is grim in general, and no homeowner has anything positive to say about it. It's no wonder that no professional company wants to do business here with all these scammers. I decided to change the agent and now the same insurance company is providing me insurance at half the price and with no flood insurance needed"
