"Went for Black Friday special. I felt obligated to buy a package. I told them I wasn’t really able to make it cause of my what I do for a living. Was told the time can be extended if I wasn’t able to make it. I’ve been so busy working that I still got charged even tho I wasn’t able to go. I never did one class other than the free one. If a business knows that a customer can’t make it due to their schedule why take their money. I understand if I would have showed up for 1 or 2 out of the 10 package I would’ve never left this review. But the right thing to do is not charge someone for a service they never used"

"This studio is amazing! Not only is the workout so much fun and SUCH a great workout but it’s very do-able for any level of fitness! You are able to cater the workout to fit your needs! The coaches are phenomenal and keep the workout feeling like a party! The waiting area/bathrooms/lockers give the feeling of being in a luxury health club… everything is pristine.. complimentary towel for your workout madam?? The store section is very size inclusive which is so refreshing to see! They have name brand items like “Lululemon” and items for men and women! The front desk staff is knowledgeable and ready to help! Overall an amazing gym!"
