"If you are looking for the best care for your child, this is the place. I was so nervous to start my one year old in daycare. Within the first day, my mind was put at ease. Within the first week, even the teachers I had never met and weren’t her immediate teachers knew her name and would great us. She is now 2.5 and absolutely thriving. She is learning so much every day and I am consistently impressed with the activities they provide. When I started my second here at 3 months, I was not even nervous the first day. I knew she was in good hands. The infant room is out of this world. The lead teacher is the most kind and loving person I’ve ever met. My second is 8 months now and again, thriving and learning so much. The staff here is second to none. I truly look at them as extended family to my kids. Aside from the amazing teachers and staff, this place has so many other amazing features. There is security doors that no one can enter without a code. You must use a fingerprint to sign your kids in and out. The cleanliness is honestly impressive. Everything is always spotless and I always see someone cleaning. If you want to sign up for webcam access, you can watch your kid both inside the classroom and outside too. They have an app that sends you updates ALL DAY LONG. You know everything your child did all day. What they ate, what they learned, when they went to the bathroom, how long they napped etc. There is no better peace of mind than getting smiling pictures of your kids all day. If you have questions or concerns, you can send messages through the app and someone will always respond promptly. I’ve sent messages after close and later at night and literally will still always get a response from someone. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that my kids are getting the best care. You can feel the love when you walk in the door. If you are struggling with a childcare choice, look no further than this amazing facility."

"I love this daycare it has been a great place for my child and I must say how much I absolutely love Ms. Irene and Ms. Diamond. I have noticed recently that there has been a shift in their hours. The cut in hours is the reason for the 3 star review. I must say I am not happy about that. Ms. Diamond has been an absolute joy from the first day I met her. She always has a huge smile and you know instantly she loves every single child she comes in contact with. Ms. Diamond was there day one of my child starting and played a very big role in why we decided to stay with Lady Bird. My child loves her and we can't thank her enough! Ms. Irene came in later and has truly become part of our family. In the time Ms. Irene has been with Lady Bird my child has grown so much! He comes home singing songs she taught him, counting , he knows so many words and letters. He no longer screams when we take him to daycare. She always checks on him when he is sick and keeps me informed everyday! We all as a family love her and we are so grateful for her. Ms. Irene is absolutely amazing and truly loves the children she works with. We are so blessed to have her in our lives and we intend to make sure everyone knows that. My child doesn't do well with change and in the last week he has been sent to other classes and left with teachers he doesn't know. That causes stress to him and inturn causes stress and worry to me. I have been so happy with his daily routine and now it seems thats changing without consideration of what that does to the children. When my child comes home sad or upset that Ms. Irene left or Ms. Diamond had to leave and he had to go to another class I become concerned. When my child says he doesn't want to go to the other class and he wants to stay with Ms. Irene or Ms. Diamond I become concerned. We should be able to leave our child at daycare and know they are happy and with people who make them comfortable. I shouldn't have to go to work and worry where my child is today or why can't i see my child when I look at the camera. I shouldn't have to wonder where my child is at nap time because I know when I look at the camera where his cot is . Only today I looked and my child wasn't there. In fact the room was empty and dark . We love this daycare and we really want to continue sending our child here. We hope this review will be seen and taken seriously. We hope our teachers are valued by this business the way they are valued by the families they become a part of and that this sudden disruption in our child's daily routine will stop. It's important for our child to have routine and people they know and trust in order for them to grow they way they should. Please stop making the hourly cuts and disrupting the comforts we have grown to expect."
