"SCAM!!! Never heard of this company. Never contacted them. I don't know how they accessed my debit card, but they did and charged me twice in one month. Reported the transactions as fraud. I did not authorize them and I know nothing about this company. Then I get an invoice in the mail. I tried calling to figure out what's going on and the rep (Erica) stated they need my date of birth to look up my account and confirm it's correct. NOPE!! I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. I hope this review helps someone."

"I have been charged for 2 months when I am no longer a member at solstice. No one answers the phone or the chat so I have not been able to cancel autopay. On the phone for over 20 minutes each time I call without ever getting to a representative. Worst experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"SCAM! I never even signed up for this scheme service. I needed health insurance and the person I spoke on phone with decided to add extra service. The I contact my bank to stop payments from the fraudulent so called buisness. My back stops the automatic payments I never authorized. I thought it was over until today after months of not being illegally charged from my back Solstice decides I'm being charged again for a service I never wanted. So I call Solstice, they shuffle me from department to department till I get hung up on. I will get to the bottom of this and solstice will pay for every dollar you've scamed out of my family."
