It is pricey to get started here, but given that this is a place you'll want to work put at for years, the enrollment fee is worth it if you can afford it. The place is always clean and the staff is real friendly. The owners are always here or available and that to me says they care. Check it out."

"You could tell that once upon a time, this gym was ahead of its time. Seems now that the owners have stopped caring for this gym or its members. Everything is out of date. The free weights, the static machines, cardio equipment, the cables machine, sauna, everything is falling apart. You can’t change or adjust the weight on most of the machines because they’re either stuck or broken. The cables are tearing apart, the weights are stuck, the handles are disgustingly rusted and the hygiene is one of the worst standards. There’s an injury right around every corner of this gym. A little scared for myself at times if something will collapse and send me to the hospital at any moment. Every time I come here, I wind up leaving with a sore throat or waking up with a fever the next day, guaranteed. This gym has been roughly treated and lived in very hard. The sauna barely warms up because they have a tiny cheap unit that heats up a big room, but the door opens every 2 seconds and doesn’t keep up with the traffic in and out. The water pressure in the shower trickles so it’s very tough to shower. For the price of what this place is, I just don’t see the value. Eos and Crunch might be a lot busier, however they offer much more of a modern and comfortable experience. At least you can find reliable machines that aren’t half broken or falling apart. I really hope I can get out of this 12 month contract soon because I’ve really had it here. Definitely not the powerhouse experience you expect to have with the brand."

"This is by far one of the best gyms that I've been to so far. I must say that the gym is clean, staff is respectful & courteous, the equipment is in good condition & well maintained. This is the perfect gym if you're training either powerlifting or bodybuilding. In addition to that, from the pictures bellow, the gym has a sauna, a care center for kids while you workout & also personalize training for young athletes (TRENCH), cardioequipment as well as a couple of sandbags & a boxing/MMA ring in the event you fail your a PR & need to let off some steam. Pricing wise, I would say that it is reasonable given all that they're offering. I should also mention that the calibrated plates showed belongs to another gym that also trains there, thus they're off-limit for safety reasons. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone traveling to the area. It's judgment & intimidation free. Give it a try, stay fit & healthy while in the area."
