Located in Jacksonville, Florida, First Coast Rhythmic is a gym and health institution that focuses on developmental training for athletes of all ages. Since 2003, our volunteer-run club has been training gymnasts for performance, competitions, and general athletics. We take pride in our athletes' accomplishments, big or small, and strive to help them reach their personal best in training, performing, and competing.

If your child loves to perform, dance, and do gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics could be the perfect sport for them. We offer a free evaluation tryout for your child to see if they would be a good fit for our team. Athletes are not just born, they are trained and tested, and First Coast Rhythmic is here to help them achieve their goals with caring coaching and a passion for our sport.

Our performing and competitive rhythmic team in North Florida emphasizes teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship. We are currently accepting new members for the upcoming season, with a new session beginning on September 1, 2023. Register now to join our recreational classes for girls and boys aged 5 to 8, which focus on basic beginner gymnastics, movement, dancing, and stretching.
