"I was looking to get homeowners and car insurance... I called them and could not get anyone to pick up the phone, so I decided to drive over there since it was not far. I walked in and there was one lady there. She seem annoyed or that I was bothering her and then started complaining that she is the only one there because of two people not showing up that day. She ended up helping me. I gave her all my info for both home and cars (and my SSN). She said she would get back to me with in a day. It has been now over a week and half. What bothers me so much is that she took my SSN and now never heard from her. At least I know where to go if I have issues, since I learned my lesson with them."
