"TFW Julington Creek is a gym that not only gets the cardio workouts in but also incorporates strength training in their programs! Along with that they do a lot for the community with charity workouts, get groups to participate in fitness challenges, and internal challenges with the members to keep things exciting and motivating! The coaches are top notch and care about the people and once you get to know them you will love them. And yes they coach you from day 1 when they get to know you and your goals ! Definitely worth trying out!"
"Training for Warriors Julington Creek is the best gym for anyone on a fitness journey. The trainers are motivating and sincere in their desire for you to better yourself through exercise and diet. The gym is welcoming to all fitness levels and students encourage each other towards success. I have had great results with TFW and continue to improve with each work out. The program is ever changing, an aspect I really enjoy as I tend to bore easily. The facility is always clean and showers optional. If you are looking for results, this is the place to be!!!!"
