"This place has REALLY gone downhill. Huge lack of care and empathy. Came in with extreme abdominal pain and had issues with mobility as it felt like I was being stabbed under the ribcage. Was talked to disrespectfully because I didn’t answer the demographic questions right away. Then after triage, had a hard time standing back up and the individual just stared at me instead of offering any assistance. Waited until I couldn’t stand it and politely asked how long should I expect to wait. The reply was very dismissive. Decided to leave and drive to the closest Baptist and not only was seen, but am being admitted for an appendix issue. I intend to go farther than this review, as I very well could have suffered a ruptured/twisted appendix due to the lack of concern from the staff here. Very unacceptable and should be investigated for ethics violations"

"Enock the RN that helped my mom on the third floor is truly the best. Unbelievable nurse that went above and beyond to help my mom. Assisted us for more than 13 hours his whole shift and always asked if we needed anything. He didn’t treat my mom like she was just another patient and was attentive. Very kind, hard working, compassionate, and passionate about his job. Thank you Enock for being the BEST registered nurse!!"

"My wife is in a high risk pregnancy we went to the ER cause of her abdominal pain was really bad. She could be internally bleeding and they take their sweet time and skip her in line cause some lady has "fast track" don't really think that's right due to her high risk pregnancy. Hate coming here go somewhere else where they take u more serious"

"I had the most compassionate, caring nurse. Her name is Shelby! She is a ER Nurse. I came here because we live in Kingsland Ga. That hospital sucks. They’ve misdiagnosed myself and others I know. And all around just suck. So we drive the extra 25 min to come to this hospital. Unfortunately my visit to the ER was with my son, and my husband. I unfortunately am suffering from a miscarriage. My first one ever. My nurse Shelby immediately was so caring, kind, thoughtful, sweet, helpful nurse. Genuinely, the best I’ve ever had. She made this whole experience bearable and easier. The ER doctor I have is just as awesome. But the highlight of my whole year is Shelby. She not only paid close attention to my son, while taking the best care of me. She was active with him, and did her job effortlessly. Without ever making us feel rushed or uncomfortable. It was like I had a friend, as a nurse. Which is how it’s supposed to feel! My son loved her and told her how pretty she is. (: I’m just very thankful that in this hard time, I was able to receive top-notch care from a Nurse who is here for more than just a paycheck. You can see her big heart. It radiates from her. I honestly wish more nurses had the heart she does. Not to mention, I love this ER because every time I’ve came here, it’s been fast, efficient, and always very clean."

"We recently visited UF Health. My Family member had surgery. UFHealth is a great place to have surgery and recover. This review is written from the view of a Caregiver. The day of the surgery, The Staff and check in personnel were organized and efficient. Every question was answered. The waiting room was clean and quiet. A monitor updated all stages of my loved one’s surgery. I was given the room number to go to. The room was a private room with a recliner and a sofa bed.The patient has a opportunity to order their meals via TV monitor. You can prepay for a Visitor meal, and they will bring it to you. My Family member’s surgery was an overnight stay, so I stayed in the room. The Nurse brought me pillows, sheets and a blanket. The Nurses are polite, knowledgeable and Friendly. Overall it was a good experience. The Hospital is new and beautiful."
