"Great experience. This is great place to rent jet skis and kayaks. Very friendly people and great customer service. They are small business but are doing everything right. Been coming here for a while and have always had fun."
"Unfortunately this was not quite the experience we were expecting after reading prior reviews. The exterior was not very welcoming - there was no true sign outside indicating where the business and entrance were in fact located, except for a small sign once you were in the drive way pointing between buildings. There were a lot of loose materials blocking the way to the door as well that we had to step over. Sadly the only employee who seemed to be working was not very helpful and seemed more interested in using his phone than assisting us in getting set up. The launch area definitely needs some help. The blue boat launch, while an excellent idea as you can push off from there when already in the kayak, sets you right into a tree embankment. There was not any instruction or assistance from the employee, and two of our party had never been kayaking before and the rest were minimally experienced. The ride down the tributary was nice and scenic enough, we saw a lot of birds, fish and a few gators. Getting back in and out of the kayaks proved to be a difficult experience. As the boat launch was not super feasible to help pull people back in unless you have super human strength and don’t mind getting a bit wet. The other option was to somehow climb onto the unstable wooden dock and try to not fall in the water or then pull the canoe back up into it. Having perhaps a graded ramp or clearing the nearby area with a grassy graded area or some other set up would have been more ideal. Overall, not the greatest experience and unfortunately unless some changes are made, I don’t believe any in our party would return."
"Not much parking. but everything else was great. Nice wildlife to see for our kayak trip."
"Awesome experience! The staff here are very nice and well patiently guide you through the do's and don'ts for a new kayaker. What a beautiful area as well! Will definitely be back!"
