"Brian at Back Hand City kept my husbands and I money for tennis lessons. He cannot commit to the schedule he provides. He markets himself in Coconut Grove but actually lives in Delray Beach. He once sent us to a tennis instructor that didn’t even show up to the lesson. Brian himself would also cancel on us super last minute sometimes even while we were driving to the lesson leaving our kids home with the nanny because of his lack of commitment. He claims we cancelled a class which is a complete lie it was his way to justify to himself that he can keep our money. I kindly asked for a refund of our 1 remaining tennis lesson with him and he simply didn’t answer back even though I have tried multiple times. This is appalling behavior from Brian. Find another instructor that cares about you. Every time we took a class I found it a red flag that it was always new faces. Shame on you Brian! You took my money but trust me, I am worse than the karma that will come your way evidently and you will regret not sending me my money back due to your lack of commitment."

"I moved to Miami 6 months ago and I wanted to play tennis again, so I looked for lessons and I found Brian. Brian has been a really good coach, he has helped me to improve a lot my game, from a better backhand to a consistent serve. He also has been a big support on tournament, he’s good on coaching; he helped me to work on my mindset too. And. Lastly, I’d say the more important thing I would say is the people who are part of the team, really amazing persons and always having a good time on court."
