"Wish I could give this negative stars. Full of delusional individuals, they will throw you under the bus rather than help you out. The pay is no where near a living wage unless you live at home with your parents. The management is an absolute joke and full of favoritism. The turn over rate is astronomical. When were short staffed you're asked to give a recommendation because they know no one will willingly want to work here. I would be embarrassed to even recommend anyone I know to work here."

"For an insurance company not to have an emergency contact number for after hours or weekends it's kind of not helpful. I had covid and needed medicine which the adjuster didn't approve on Friday so by Saturday of course no one is available to help. While I'm home sick not able to get it resolved. Luckily our occupational nurse was able to get it taken care of and I was able to get my medicine."
