"SCAM ARTISTS & LIARS!!! Do not trust these people. I was lied to multiple times and then they changed my what was supposed to be an unlimited doctors visits (I see my Dr every week & self pay $400 every month). The first person I spoke with told me I would have unlimited visits as I explained my health situation. I original paid $198 month and then my dr office found out that it only covered 5 visits. I immediately called NEO Ins. back like 2 weeks after getting this plan and I again was told I’m going up a tier and now I’d have unlimited visits. I agreed to pay $308 month for unlimited visits and then I found out that they dropped me down to 2 visits. Then they didn’t cancel my play when I called back after finding out now I only have 2 visits which were used in 2 weeks then I still had to self pay $200 for that 1st month. Save your money and the stress. I tried to call back because they charged me for 2 months also but nobody would allow me to speak with a manager even thought they cost me over $1,200 more ($308+$200 & $308+$400) then I would’ve been as self pay which I’m disabled and unemployed and I don’t get any financial help these people are horrible and do not care about stealing your money while they lie through their teeth. The photo is my 1 Dr visits and I wouldn’t never bought there worthless product. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people with little to no money."
