"Very disappointed. Don’t care about customers. They got me an insurance that did not pay for my roof. One whole year and they raised my insurance from $2700 to $5000 Of course it will no pay either. This is my first property and residence. Then my mortgage charged me for a 4 days lapse on my policy. Contacted them and the answer was that until they get the payment, they would not be able to make the insurance policy effective. I involved my realtor at a time and they said not a big deal it was only 4 days. Do not recommend. If you you want to keep your customers, you should be great a this. I mean really you dare to say that in public. Why is that to clean up yourself? Listen, it doesn’t matter if my roof was in a bad condition or not. That was only about age but actually no in a bad condition. No leakage or water stains in my roof.When the inspector was at the property, the did not found one single piece of roof wrong. On the other hand. you decided not only to put that exclusion but also to have a lapse in my policy coverage in Florida in the middle of august. Peak of hurricane season. I could have lost my just bought home. I have not made this up. My realtor, who you know who she is because we have contacted your agency a lot of time know this is not correct."
