"Worst company I've ever dealt with. Unprofessional, untrained, unresponsive staff. I stayed with them 2 yrs and that's 23 months more than I should have but I had a lot on my plate and it was convenient. Through the 2 yrs I had nothing but headaches, lost paperwork, lost info., repeated calls asking for info I'd given them 3-4x. Oh and get this, months after signing with them they called me several times for my DL info! Like really isn't that the first thing one gives and agent when getting car insurance. That should've been the biggest red flag! The last straw was when they got my car insurance policy cancelled. They called me while at work at 4:00p to tell me I need to submit pics for my car by 6:00p or my insurance would cancel. I found a way to get that to them within the time frame & still woke up the next morning to find out it cancelled anyway. This is just one example of the incompetency that occurs in that office. So if you want to feel confident and have piece of mind knowing you are fully insured, compliant and everything in your file has been checked and cleared DO NOT go to Estrella Insurance. Don't wait until you have an accident to find out they do not do their job and you are not covered!"
