Chipotle Mexican Grill

"02/17/2024 This chipotle location is the most disappointing, unhelpful, and unbothered location I have ever visited. This location is most convenient for me, as it is the one nearby my gym, and oftentimes I like getting bowls to eat after working out. I will now need to go further to another location, or eat somewhere else altogether. Today, I ordered three bowls for two friends and I. Pickup was smooth and went as it usually would. When I get home to eat, I open my bowl to see that what was supposed to be double steak, as chicken instead. That’s not all. I kept eating, and to my disgusted surprise, I am unraveling three separate hairs embedded in my bowl. I pulled a hair that was stuck to a rice grain. I have never been more disgusted, and I have never lost my appetite in such a way that I did today. These hairs were the final straw, as I have ordered from this location THREE separate occasions in the past where I have found HAIR in my bowl. It honestly became a gamble as to whether my bowl or burrito would have hair or if the protein would get mixed up incorrectly. I try to give places and people the benefit of the doubt most of the time, but this was enough. I drive over in the pouring rain and try to speak to a manager. The employee at the front (had long hair and no hat, no hairnet) looks at us as if we were joking, and walks to the back with a group of employees and one person who I believe to be the manager, and instead of bringing the manager, I see them yelling amongst each other and them being sent back to me. The employee says they are unable to refund us and we have to go through the customer service process over the phone. Once again, with a blank look on their face and without any sympathy for the situation. I am currently still disgusted, frustrated, and feel sick as to what I experienced today. They also were not at all busy tonight, so the ability to fix the issue could have been resolved swiftly and easily but instead chose to make me go through the stressful process of speaking with customer service (which I have been for the past 1 hour with no results). I will not be returning to this location, and sincerely hope these employees go through new training for health and food safety codes and conditions, and receive new management or support."

"Had the nicest food preparer today. Quick but well made food, he was on his own during a busy lunch rush but was so pleasant! Nice to get superior service and great food too! Only complaint is industrial setting with pretty loud music that echoed."

"I want to highlight something I've noticed after several visits to this place. There's someone, probably the manager, who's really making a difference. She's often at the lunch kiosk, and it's pretty impressive how she keeps things running, no matter what's going on or how she's feeling. When things haven't been great, she's always there, ready to listen and respond in a really professional, yet approachable way. And she doesn’t just stay behind the kiosk. She actually takes the time to wander around the lobby, chatting with customers and making sure everyone's happy. We definitely need more managers like her in restaurants. She’s setting a great example."

"We ordered online however when we looked in the bowl there was barely anything in there. We went back and they added more to one bowl (however it was still missing an ingredient) and none to another. They also took the chips we had ordered out of the bag and we had to ask for them back. When we talked to the manager about this issue he was extremely rude, as well as the staff, and suggested what is pictured below was normal serving size. Another person had to go through the same issue that we did when we were there and had to get his changed out as well. Extremely unprofessional and I certainly will never go back to this location. The general manager should seriously consider re-evaluating the manager’s position at this location."
