"After going to this place, they charge me a $20 co-pay and now they’re trying to bill me for $220 co-pay after I left the place and are threatened to not give me my test results due to this co-pay not being paid which should’ve been charged at the time so I could’ve made the decision of going forward and paying this co-pay or not .. not after is already done and asked me to mandatory pay for it in order to get my results Very unprofessional place haven’t gotten back with me. I written emails called everybody they’re trying to avoid and cancel my account."

"I waited more than 3 months to get established with a primary care doctor, and was so disappointed in the experience. I saw Dr. Sher. He was very nice but didn't take the time to discuss my serious health issues, and seemed to keep the appointment as short as possible. I don't blame my doctor for this, but the company who presumably overbooks patients to maximize their profit at the cost of proper care. Despite this, he billed it as an intermediate visit which seems like insurance fraud, and also of course increased my copay. Furthermore, they can't do something as basic as a UTI test in office. Instead I had to schedule an appointment to go to their lab 2 days later. Now another 10 days have passed and nobody ever called with my UTI test results or other bloodwork. I finally figured out how to get my results online and I'm positive for a UTI and have other abnormal blood results that needed a follow up and further testing. So 12 days after my appointment and still no antibiotics for my UTI, much less care for anything else. Now I have to start over finding a primary care doctor. 4 months wasted delaying proper care. Save yourself time and get scheduled somewhere else."
