I will take my problem somewhere else as this group apparently was bought out by Genesis and nobody cares now...."

"I was told this office took United Health Care insurance, however for some reason they do not think they need to abide by the negotiated rates they signed up for. I have been in contact with my insurance company and they agreed the office owes me money and even sent them a letter. For some reason they keep sending me an invoice and when I call their billing office no one returns my calls. Beware!!!!"

(too bad they don't give you a minus 5 to include in your review) the office help is no help. called with an emergency and was told that I had to get a referral from my primary physician to be seen by the doctor. Didn't matter why I was calling. All past reviews have been generous, giving the office help a 2. To bad. The doctor was great,but I won't be going back to that business. I wonder it matters to them.
