"I attempted to be seen 2 weeks ago as my at home therapy was coming to an end. They refused to see me until I was completely discharged but had no appointments until 2 weeks later. I arrive today and was told there would be a 1500$ copay as this was a hospital. Sadly, I had inquired about my copay several weeks ago and was told they don't call the insurance company until the day before. Needless to say I left hysterical. What a huge setback in my recovery. Shame on you"
"Be sure to verify your insurance coverage as they do not until the day before appointment. Because they are owned by the hospital the copay is $350 a visit. I was not informed this until right before services. Going 3 times a week at $350 a visit was not realistic. Going to a privatey owned facilty the copay is much less."
"My Fiance Amelia is getting therapy and the therapists are great and knowledgable with great attitude."
"Personnel was friendly and therapists seemed good. However, two front desk people were wearing masks UNDER their noses, covering only their mouths. They were not 6 ft away from patients signing in. I’m not willing to contract Covid19 at an outpatient physical therapy facility because employees don’t want to cover their noses. This is disrespectful and inconsiderate of patients who are unfortunate enough to need therapy."
