"Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant, newly opened just a few weeks ago, with my daughter Roberta. We were warmly greeted and professionally served by the manager Alessandro, who recommended the day's specials. However, lured by the tempting images on social media, we decided to order the Bucatini Cacio e Pepe and Spaghetti alla Nerano. For our starter, we began with an impeccable Vitello Tonnato while waiting for our main courses. The wait was short: the pasta cart arrived, first bringing the Spaghetti alla Nerano and then the Bucatini Cacio e Pepe, both a true spectacle for the eyes and the palate. I must confess that I have rarely tasted such exquisite first courses, both in Italy and around the world. Our meal concluded with an extraordinary Tiramisu, prepared on the spot in a truly original way using a coffee maker. The coffee was used to soak the ladyfingers, while the lower part of the coffee maker contained the cream to fill the biscuits. It was a real theatrical magic! My rating for the dessert can only be excellent. I wish to express my sincerest compliments to the restaurant. It is definitely a place where I will return to further explore their menu."
