"I went here for a mid morning business breakfast meeting. We ordered 2 açai bowls and two iced coffees. The cashier decided to throw an auto gratuity of 15% which brought the bill to $65. $9 iced coffees! Food was decent but not worth that amount. Atmosphere was nice and clean. Parking is difficult."

"Pura Vida is my new favorite place to eat! I’ve been there 3 times in one week. After a friend brought me there, I had to then share this experience with my daughters and husband. The wonderful food, great service, and awesome coffees and teas will have me frequenting Pura Vida on a regular basis. My husband and I met Edd today, one of the wonderful managers there and he was absolutely delightful! His customer service was impeccable and he even gave us a complimentary latte to try after we asked him about one of their special drinks. It was fantastic! Would love to see a location in the Palmetto Bay/Pinecrest area too!"

"Well at first the customer service was nice, we just want an afternoon tea coffee time. We order the are staff we seat in the table, we wait more then 10 minutes and the banana cake never come, I have to go and ask for the items missing. They didn’t even said sorry, and the don’t warm ant items. If you order ice tea may sure you ask for sweet tea if not is not good."

"I liked it a lot this time too. I've been here for breakfast before, but this time I came for dinner. My friend chose the dishes while I was parking, so I don't know their names, but they were all very successful. decor, cleanliness, helpfulness of the staff was very nice. there is only small amount parking at the back, I was lucky, but my friend had to search for a place for 10-15 minutes."
