"Our family eats at this location often. It is the best one in the Miami area as far as I can tell. The customer service here is almost always top notch. The food never disappoints and they don't burn the skins to a charcoal (like some other locations do). The employees are helpful, nice and eager to please. The staff here do a remarkably well job at making certain your order is perfectly accurate. Just wish this place was closer to where we live. Overall, this Pollo Tropical is a very fine example of just how a fast food restaurant is supposed to operate! The managers there should be real proud."

"This is supposed to be a chicken Caesar wrap. Called customer service, and felt like I wasn’t even talking to a customer service rep, they didn’t care to help. Calling the store the manager apologized and offered a refund, but I would’ve had to drive back. I took that little 5 dollar lost. It seems like most of the employees didn’t care to work, if that’s the case why work there? After a long day of work no one should deal with attitude or terrible customer service from a company like pollo tropical. It was a simple wrap, I can’t imagine them doing a family order"
