"We went to eat at Crema in Pinecrest because it was highly recommended by a colleague. It was a horrible experience, and we won’t be back. The food was delicious, but the service was horrendous. We got our drinks pretty quickly, and my son got his dessert and our scone. Then I got my meal, but I was the only one. I eventually had to start eating because it would get cold. My kids and husband didn’t get theirs until almost 40 minutes later. I had scrambled eggs; my daughter got her meal second, she had an egg sandwich; my husband and son had avocado toast. My son got his avocado toast but didn’t get his bacon or potatoes until about 15 minutes later. My husband's avocado toast didn’t have his eggs, so they had to send it back. Then my daughter didn’t get her chocolate croissant. Every time we would ask, they would say everyone came in at once. When we arrived, it was pretty empty. We ordered our food at 12:30 pm and didn’t get most of our food until about 1:15 pm. Everyone around us who arrived after we did was getting their meals. Then my daughter wanted to take the croissant to go, and instead of bringing her the bag, they took her croissant and wouldn’t return it. I finally had to say we want to leave, where is her croissant? A complete disaster with the service. Never again! And when we would complain, no one seemed to care."

"A friend recommended this place so I checked it out for lunch with my daughter. We tried to go on the weekend but it was pretty busy. There was a long wait at the register to order and there were no open seats. Some of the empty tables had “reserved” signs on them. So we decided to go on a weekday when it wasn’t so busy. We went on a Monday around 1pm. I ordered the tuna poke bowl. I’ve had A LOT of poke bowls. I also make my own at home. I must say, this is one of the best poke bowls I’ve had. Everything was fresh and tasty. I asked for quinoa instead of brown rice and they happily obliged. It was a big salad and I had leftovers. My daughter ordered a chai tea latte and the chicken and mushroom pasta. The chai latte was very sweet but she liked it. Too sweet for me though. The pasta was really good. She really enjoyed it and I tried it and liked it as well. It was also a big serving and she took the leftovers home. The restaurant is nicely decorated and I like the vibe. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. It’s a nice new place to go and hangout and eat, drink, visit with friends, etc. We’ll definitely go back soon."

"Oh my gosh, I’m so happy I found this cafe last week. I’ve been in search of a cafe that’s clean, spacious, and good for studying. I found that and delicious food and drinks here! I ordered an espresso and the fresh ginger juice. Both were great! I love sitting by the huge windows and bringing a few books. Staff are friendly and attentive. I will be returning often! Update: I ordered the two eggs any style, such a simple but delicious meal (breakfast served all day!) and it was so yummy served with bread with strawberry jam. Come by and try it here!"
