"The Miami shores location have no passion or commitment to their patients. Elderly patients especially, continue to delay patients care. The staff their don’t show any standard of care. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there."

"One Health Medical Center is for Spanish speakers, PERIODT. The colorism is real in this place! Leo Sanchez, in the Miami Lakes office, is rude and condescending. She should not be working with the elderly. Dr. Regalado is very nice but doesn't take you seriously when you complain about her staff and the continued disrespect. After speaking with other patients who are black, who use this clinic, the stories are the same. I found out that I am not the only one who feels this way about Leo! Just today, I received a call from One Health, regarding an appointment scheduled for tomorrow for my dad. After speaking with the "nice one" at the front desk, I decided to check my notes. I write everything down because i do not want to forget, with that being said, my dad needs a Chest X-ray prior to his appointment on tomorrow. I called back the "nice one" at the front desk to inform her of this and she said ok. I called back around 1pm to check and see if anything had been scheduled and was told that they would call me back with an appointment. At 4:22pm, (they close at 4:30pm) I received a call from Leo Sanchez, explaining that the doctor's office said he doesn't need the Chest X-ray and if she should still keep the appointment for tomorrow. WHY WOULD I MAKE UP SOMETHING LIKE MY DAD NEEDS A CHEST X-RAY? IF I TOLD YOU THAT IN MY NOTES (and you know how I am) IT SAYS THAT HE NEEDS A CHEST X-RAY PRIOR TO HIS VISIT...Long story short. I called the doctors office and he needs the Chest x-ray prior to his visit. I tried calling One Health to find out their outcome and they were closed for the day. Be careful when you go here.
