"I am very disappointed with this provider. I don’t even know where to begin. My child’s primary doctor recommended this psychologist. When I called the office, I supplied the person with the diagnosis as indicated. It was very specific as my child already was previously evaluated by a different psychologist and did not need to be reevaluated for the same thing. I was told to bring my kid to the office. I traveled more than 1 hour to the office. When I got to the premise, I spent 2 hours filling out forms and consents. Dr Rosenberg came in, said “hi” to my daughter and then came back again to make sure that I was doing the paperwork. That brief exchange was the last time I saw the doctor. After I completed all the paperwork, I assumed that my kid was going to get evaluated. I was told that based on my answers on the forms and other documents I had provided, an evaluation would be put together. Later that day, I got a voice message from Dr Rosenberg stating the reason she did not talk to my kid was because he’s nonverbal or shows little or no engagement, which is false. He is verbal and does engage. She would have known this if she tried. I felt very frustrated because these people wasted my time. My kid lost a whole day of school. I had to travel more than 1 hr to this office just to do paperwork that could’ve been email. No true and professional evaluation was done. I felt like I did this psychologist job for her. Another, the person that was communicating with me throughout the whole process did not speak English so much so that another staff member had to interject. I don’t like anyone taking advantage of my kid’s condition. This was a horrible experience."
"I wish I would of listened to the reviews. I took my son for two sessions and realized that it was a waste of time. The first session she said that my son might be alittle autistic and stated that he had a weird personality. The second session she forgot about her saying that he might be autistic to saying that getting him his driver's license will be a solution to his problems. Please....don't waste your time here. There's other psychologists in Miami."
"This lady is an incompetent wackjob that could not for the life of her remember whatever it is I said in any prior session. She has a trend of blaming her patients for the abuse they endure & forcing her religious beliefs on them. She called me stupid for being unable to connect with Christianity. I detailed what my relationship with my abusers was like, & she typed out my every statement and printed it word for word in a document that was later directly handed to them. Every menial detail had been printed with a full absence of discretion, including the bit where I call my abuser a man-child. Was that necessary? In one of my last sessions, Dr. Rosenberg left the room in entirety & had me speak with some other lady in the office. Nothing of value was exchanged, and I was still charged for the session. She answers unrelated phone calls in the middle of sessions and just lets you sit there & wait. Meeting with this quack felt like paying money to consistently meet with my conservative grandma. Don't waste your time."
"This was the most unprofessional, incompetent, and toxic experience I have ever had with a therapist in my life, and I have seen my share. The first initial session was supposed to be a meet and greet session with me and my family. She, had my wife and son miss school, but she only called me and she did not inform my wife. Just had them waiting. Throughout the entire 45 minute call she did not say much, instead, she was inattentive and attempting to multitask and speaking to someone in the background. There were times when what I was saying required a response, but there was uncomfortable silence, when I asked if she was still there, instead of responding to what I was saying, she asked me to continue, letting me know that she was not paying any attention at all. Moving on to the second session, she called to change the appointment time last minute. When we arrived at her office she was in another session which let me know that the reason for the change was to accomodate someone else and not to give me more time as she claimed. The session was supposed to start at 10:45AM but we did not begin until 11:10AM. My entire family had their mask on, but she saw fit to ask whether we wanted her to wear hers. As a mental health professional that was a bit disturbing to me. She forgot my name, even though I had already spoken to me prior, did not have any notes from the prior session. She had my wife taking notes for her which was mind blowing. Throughout the session she would interrupt the flow of what was being expressed either to say something about sitting too close to a plant she had in the room or to answer the phone. She also had us in a very uncomfortable room, and not in her office where she had the prior appointment. At the end of the session she asked my wife to walk with her to her office to schedule another appointment, there she attempted to have my wife dictate to her the notes. Unbelievable! She could have easily just recorded the session. My wife expressed to her that I was not very happy with how things went with the first session. Hours later, she called me to apologize, but instead of providing an honest apology, she try to claim she actually remembered my name. Which was a complete lie since she mentioned that she had a brother by the same name the way she did in the first phone conversation I had with her. I expressed to her that trust is necessary between a therapist and a patient, and that starts with honesty. She was triggered by that and she started ranting about how she is trying to help my family, made very unprofessional comments about us being Atheists and her faith which had absolutely no relevance to the conversation and I found it to be beyond unprofessional but also very disrespectful. I was so shocked that I sat in silence until I realized that I did not have to put up with that and told her to have a nice day and hung up. She made it seem as if somehow she was doing my family a favor and not getting paid for the sessions. Needless to say, my family and I will never go to this woman ever again."
