"Decided to edit this down the road, although she is a nice therapist, she told me to leave a 5 star review one day to get a “discount” on future visits and then she stopped scheduling me for future visits and when I called in she said she “no longer took my insurance”."

"Called to make an appointment for my 13 year old daughter. I asked if the doctor was fluent in English since I want my daughter to feel comfortable knowing she can communicate effectively with the doctor. I think it was a fair question and the receptionist (she herself had broken English) took it to offense and gave me an explanation that the doctor wouldn’t have been working for so many years in the country if she didn’t speak English. I’m latin myself but we have preferences and again I think it’s only fair to ask ahead of time. Needless so say I didn’t make the appointment with this office ."

"Unhurried yet deeply compassionate and throughout. Dr. Llenin entered our lives at a time when, after a very acrimonious divorce, my 4 children could have gotten in the wrong side of the balance, emotionally speaking. Sometimes hard to book given her workload but it’s worth the wait. Her staff is caring and efficient."

"She hand writes everything thing you say while asking you to hold on, or repeat what you just said. There’s no freaking eye contact. She should just get your consent to record then later transcribe. I do feel as if I wasted my time."
