"I have been a long standing patient and never have any wait time. However I recently had blood drawn wrong and it caused a large bruise on my arm. When I contacted the office no one apologized or seemed to care. I was told to contact back if it got worse. A phone call would have been expected. When you make a mistake like this own it. The bruise lasted long and was painful and affected my entire arm. Please dont respond w some canned response. Would have appreciated a genuine response after this happened"
