"Dr Roberts is one-of-a-kind! I’ve gone through many hoops trying to find the right PCP who would listen, give sincere advice, and doesn’t shy away from what could be going on. He shows genuine concern every time I come through. Sometimes I feel silly going in, thinking maybe I’m overreacting, but once I’m there, he never lets me feel that way and we get to the bottom of it! My husband sees him too and he’s feels the same way. We found our Doctor!"

"SKIP THIS DOCTOR! They don’t care about you they care about their bottom line only. This place has become a JOKE. If you can even get someone on the phone, they are always rude now. You have to call multiple times to ensure you get your prescriptions filled. They do not call and review labs or results like they should and if they do it’s not in a timely manner. You cannot see doctors in a reasonable amount of time anymore. They put improper and extra billing codes in which takes months to clear up between them, the labs and insurance. I actually heard them talk about trying to cram more patients in to get their numbers up. The good doctors leave. If you can even see one of the two main doctors, one is super smug the other one doesn’t have time to listen to you and rushes you out the door. The morale is so bad at this place that affects everyone there and it trickles down to you. Do yourself a huge favor and find a different office."

"Patient beware! My first visit went well and liked the people I dealt with. I went in for my yearly "free" well check (physical) and found it to be the least thorough of any of my yearly check ups AND the Dr added a code which cost me a co-pay. When I approached them they didn't care and said because we discussed my medical issues so an additional code was added. I have heard of doctors doing this which adds to their bottom line. The Dr who recommended them will no longer do so, nor will I recommend them. I'll be searching once again for a new PCP since my previous retired."

"I’ve searched for a primary care provider for three years and finally found a home with Premier Med and Dr. Brits. Her level of compassion, excellence, and dedication are amazing! Her bedside manner is great and she helps me smile during visits that would otherwise be stressful for me. She is incredibly thorough and takes time to sit and discuss what’s going on. She listens with intention and she believes me when I tell her symptoms that other doctors have dismissed. Because of that she was able to catch an issue and help correct it where other doctors just told me I had anxiety. She is not the type of doctor to just prescribe medication either, unless she thinks it’s truly necessary. I trust her implicitly and have had amazing experiences with the nurses and front of house team as well. Thank you Dr. Brits and Premier Med team!!!"

"Over all, nice physicians. However, they have failed 2 times (once for me and one for my wife) to send in the order to Quest Diagnostics to get the annual lab work done. TWICE! So we have to take time to visit your office so you can send in the lab work, then we go back to Quest to get it done later that morning. And when you ask them about it when you go to the office, one of the associates is very dismissive and takes the attitude of "not our problem, it's yours". Do better! Our time is just as valuable as your time is as doctors."
