"I have filed a complaint with the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling. On November 10, 2014 a psychological report and treatment plan was written by Ms Baily. Unbeknownst to my wife and I, my wife's ex-husband took the children to Ms Baily sometime in September through November of 2014 for therapy sessions for help adjusting to a new marriage. Ms Baily's biased and uninformed opinions were used to remove the children from time sharing with my wife and I altogether. During her initial visits, Ms Baily never made one attempt to contact my wife or I (yes my name was included in the report) before or during therapy sessions for her one sided report. It was then handed over to the ex husbands attorney for legal action. Ms Baily neglected to validate and investigate whether any of the things being spoken by my wife's ex-husband and two children were even factual. No requests to join therapy sessions. No contact whatsoever! Only a report mailed to our home in December 2014 AFTER legal action had already been filed to comply. It was then used as testimony in Tampa's 13th District court and Ms Baily's sworn testimony is on record. The truth is that neither my wife or I are patients of Ms Baily. So, without EVER meeting me she could know WHO I AM and paint an ugly picture for the ex husbands attorney. Ms Baily's responsibility was to help the children work through their problems but obviously this now became a smear campaign for the legal action of the ex husband. I counted numerous half truths and some outright lies written in this report and used to paint my wife as a psycho, a bad mother and in need of 10-12 week parenting course. I was painted as someone to be feared, controlling and disrespectful to her children. I have always assumed that health professionals were sworn under an oath to "DO NO HARM". Neither my wife or I have EVER been under the care of a mental health professional and Ms Baily's office is the last place I would find myself."
