He was drawn to Revolutionary Change because of their website and was really encouraged this group would be able to help him, so he made an appointment. His first appointment, considered an intake assessment, wasn't even on their schedules. They called him after he prompted them 10 minutes after the office missed his appointment. he was assigned a counselor, who seems nice enough, but she couldn't get him in any sooner than a month later. He showed up today for his appointment that he has been on the fence about for the last thirty days, to be told AGAIN that his appointment didn't "transfer to the new system" and she can reschedule him, after he's already made his work schedule for the month around HER AVAILABILITY - and is also the same excuse they gave him the first time. Sorry you all are having so much trouble, but because of your inability to get it together, my husband is now back to not wanting to get help for his issues. Thanks for setting my family back; don't even try to bill us. (You know, if our information transferred to your new systems)."
