"I just want to say I rarely write reviews.. specially not good ones. But I do want to take the time and thank Ms. Iris !!! I was in so much pain and she held my hand & hugged me the whole entire time. I felt like my mother was there, and without her I couldn’t have done it.The best care I’ve ever received. Also my doctor was amazing . Super professional and talked me through the entire process. Thank you guys so much !!!"

"I went there last night 8/15/23 with my husband because he was so weak and sick. We got there around 8:50 P.M. As soon as we got there we tried to register and was greeted by the receptionist. The doctor peek out at the counter and we told him my husbands symptoms. He looked at us and said “ you guys know we closed at 9:00 PM right?” We looked at each other confused because we thought as a doctor his job was to see patients who need his help. He then said “ you have 8 minutes to get the paperwork done because we are closing”. I was in shock that my sick husband was being treated that way. We decided to leave because we truly didn’t know if the doctor was going to be as careless as his attitude treating him. Don’t go to this place. They care more about leaving on time that your health. They also tried to gaslight my husband telling him “ are you sure you went to the right office?”. We didn’t register because we were not given the opportunity by a rude doctor who clearly didn’t want to be there. You can check the cameras to verify we were there."

"I visited the urgent care 8/15/23 at 8:52pm, unaware they were closing at 9pm. Rather than being understanding or patient, the doctor on duty displayed a discourteous attitude. His comment, delivered in a condescending manner, was that they were closing in 8 minutes and I needed to hurry up with the paperwork. A little empathy and professionalism would've been appreciated, especially in a healthcare setting. 8/16: this is my reply to your response. Please check your cameras, I definitely went to that location and the reason I didn’t “check-in” is because of the rudeness of the doctor on site. But check your cameras if you really care like you say that you do. I would think that the vow that a doctor takes when they go into medicine is more important than being out of the office at 9pm."

"The office is nice and cozy. There is parking, but it's quite inconvenient to drive there. And finding an office is not so easy the first time. It's like you're moving into a residential condo. But all this is nonsense if we were accepted normally. We arrived first, there was no one in front of us. But for some reason we waited about three hours for the doctor. And he accepted everyone who came after us. Apparently, they simply forgot about us until we reminded ourselves."
