"Doctors that do not take ANY insurance plans are not healers, they are elitist , money driven snobs with very large egos. They receive their license to practice medicine from the State so they should be legally required to take Medicare and other Government provided insurance plans. Do not support this kind of greed by paying $600 cash upfront! Our healthcare system is experiencing an exodus of Doctors who only want cash upfront. Doctors can still service the affluent by giving them premium appointments, house calls and other concierge services but take care of some less affluent, working class people. I understand the billing is a hassle but a good Medical Coding and Billing Assistant only gets about $20 an hour and can take care of it. Do not support Doctors who already only service the 1%."
