"I didn’t like my experience working here. I was basically fired you can say because the trainer Lindsey was a lazy trainer and she was very rude to me. Management said they would give us a new trainer if we couldn’t get along well. She didn’t teach me anything I learned on my own and it’s bad how I had to get dropped and you couldn’t give me nothing to do. Don’t waste your time working here it’s a big joke. I sacrificed a lot to work here. I don’t have a car I had to buy a whole month bus pass for $60 for nothing. Then I ordered a white collared shirt to work here. They don’t obviously appreciate good people. No, I am not going back wouldn’t send my worst enemy. The way that lady was trying to manipulate me and insult me MV can go to hell for all I care. I will never apply here again. A big Rubbish. You sent me home yesterday and gave me today off? So basically you fired me. So it’s well. It wasn’t my cup of tea anyway. Getting on and off the bus securing wheel chairs is too much work for $15.00 thank God I have back ups and not have to settle for this. I’d rather work any restaurant any day then to do this job. Horrible experience and I don’t recommend this was Jacksonville location"

"I give them 0 stars nothings great about them VERY RUDE, NASTY, LATE, UNPROFESSIONAL never on time for patients apts always have a HIGH turn over with employees. Literally had a patient waiting 5 hours for them to pick them up that's just ridiculous !!!!!! I HATE MV TRANSPORTATION NEVER USE THEM IF YOU CAN AVOID IT WILL REGRET IN END !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This company leaves patients sitting for hours. Frequently after the Dr's office is closed. Do you want you grandparent waiting for 2 hours? What is they are on supplemental O2 and the canister runs out before transport gets here? What is they are incontinent and sitting in soiled undergarments? And if you call the dispatch..they IGNORE YOUR CALLS!"

"HORRIBLE! I would not leave even one star, but it makes you leave at least one. Worst transportation company ever. They never call to let me know what time they are coming, and when I call in to ask they give me a time, but they do not show up at that time. I have ridden with them a few times. Last time, they said they would be be arriving to pick me up an hour and a half to an hour before my daughter's dental appointment, but they showed up only a half an hour before. Because they were so late, my daughter and the other passenger were both late to our appointments. 3 minutes later and my daughter would have had to cancel and wait 2 months for another appointment. Just today my 3 family members all have appointments scheduled so we could ride together. This morning, I had not received a call, although I was told that I would, so I called in at 8:00 AM, which is the earliest you can call in, and while I was on hold at 8:05 AM, the driver showed up. This was much earlier than expected and we were not ready, so I asked for a few minutes, and the driver said she would give me no more than 5 minutes. When she decided she had waited long enough, she just drove away and left us without even honking or warning us in any way. I would think they would at least have the courtesy to honk, come to the door, or call my phone. When I called in immediately to ask what to do, they told me they would not come back for us and I would have to reschedule all of our appointments. Totally unprofessional and rude."

"The worst, most unreliable transportation service I have ever had to use for my critically ill mother. The customer service is extremely rude and short on the phone--when you can hold long enough to get someone. If you are a few minutes late they will leave you in a heartbeat but if they are an hour late you just have to wait and be grateful they show up at all. If you can use another service, do it!"
