"She's a good therapist and she has good intentions but time management and request deliverance was handled poorly. I gave 3 stars as a true reflection of the professionalism I had received. Though I reached out to Marbel over the weekend during nonoperational hours, I would've preferred her telling me she couldn't do something instead of promising and not delivering on time."
