"Would give 0 stars if I could. This place is completely an unprofessional office. You can’t get anyone on the phone, and then when they do decide to text back, they dismiss you without any help. Without even speaking on the phone with me after I asked them TWICE to return my call, they directed me to a different office “because they are not in network with any insurance”. Never gave me the opportunity to even talk about costs. If you are or have been struggling with a diagnosis for your child or yourself, I strongly recommended NOT wasting your time here. They only have frustration to offer."

"There are not enough good things I could say about Dr. Carmichael. I was desperately scouring the internet to find answers to help my kids and came across her website. I emailed her for an evaluation for one of my kids and she responded in a few hours asking what we were experiencing to give her advice on what kind of evaluation we should do. She then answered a few questions I had and gave me some free resources to look at while we saved up for an evaluation. A few months later we finally were able to get my kiddo in and in person Dr Carmichael was warm and caring. My kid took to her instantly. She has to be one of the best evaluators you could go to, she was able to make my kid feel comfortable and also get him frustrated just enough to see the problems we had chatted about. She took her time in our follow up to answer all of my questions (there were a lot) and gave helpful advice on moving forward. We then had her also evaluate another one of our kids and the experience was actually enjoyable. This is hands down the psychologist you should take your kids to if you are suspicious there is more going on and want a professional, well educated evaluation!"
