"I was left by voicemail,a message to say they cancelled my appointment. Got another one a couple days later,then the entire experience with my doctor was terrible. I was told even though my current treatment is working,he decides I need another evaluation. I've been diagnosed since 2007,by 2 doctors but he had to be the one who knows better than those before. Eventually he allows me to only be prescribed half the milligrams,and after realizing I couldnt do anything more,I accepted. Just for him to call me almost 4 hours later to say he couldn't treat me based on an assumption he had made before ever calling to ask me,and was made to feel like a terrible person. He never allowed any explanation or waited to speak with both my prior doctors to see how out of line his assumption was. I waited for a month just to be told I wasn't good enough to be treated by him. And 4 hours went by before he ever called my script in?? My previous Dr. did it on the spot,while talking to me."

"It started out well but ultimately ended poorly. The billing is completely asinine and several times the first 20 min of the session was arguing about if my session couldn’t start because the system didn’t see my previous payment - obviously if they’re that pressed about a $30 payment they should invest in some better technology. If i have my confirmation that it’s paid that should be enough, we make arrangements to miss work for my son’s appointment and get told after their inept office lady can’t figure it out now he can’t have his appointment. They built the insurance over $230 for the appointment and then Insurance discounts it like 90 so automatically they’re getting the majority of their money, and we’ve been going there for almost a year have never not paid But obviously best practices to lose our business by being ridiculous over $30 that I already have the confirmation email for from the night before."
