"Everything was great till medication was prescribed. Not clear instructions and paper written script should be give alone with pharmacy call in. I wasted so much time tuning back and forth a drug that is back ordered in our county. I found a pharmacist who suggested over the counter medication that could substitute the prescription. I would expect the doctor to do the same but I guess I have old expectations of medical profession. Next time I will lower my expectations and ask better questions and demand better answers."

"My daughter was there for a well check up. She also needed an X-ray of her hand. Everyone was very attentive and explained everything well. The only recommendation I have is to not have a male staff member present with a female patient alone without another female staff member present"

"Billing is the worst department! You delayed my son from being seen by two days due to a balance that was paid a month ago. I had to wait until the front desk to call the collection company to figure it out and the front desk also went ahead and even though they had the confirmation from the company, further questioned me to provide a confirmation number. I understand this is a business but to deny and delay seeing my baby due to a balance that obviously was not updated by your billing department, it’s unacceptable. It’s also a horrible experience every single time I have to keep paying delayed copay from past visits when before I leave, they’re never addressed. I feel there’s always a balance and I’m always paying in arrears. Such a bitter taste in my mouth. The clinicians are the ones who keep us coming back. Fix your billing department pleaseeeeeee!"

"The facility is super cute and very clean. Hand sanitizer is always available and staff are wearing their masks. The office staff and the MAs that I’ve encountered are friendly and informative. They always announce anything they’re about to do before they perform the task on my child. The Drs are kind and answer all of my questions."
