"This place has already put a bad taste in my mouth and we haven’t even made it to the appointment. Saturday I spent 40 minutes in person making an appointment at this office. During this time the young lady took the entire 40 min just inputting data/my information for my son wrong. How do I know it was wrong?! Because the day of appointment I received call the insurance is inactive. So after wasting 40 min in person submitting insurance info etc I spent an additional 1hour on the phone just trying to get a live person on!! To do their jobs correctly. I’m still on hold with a customer service rep whom also can not get a live person from the office on the line. These people are literally losing a patient before the appointment because they have incompetent staff."

"We visited the location for our 2 year olds appointment. We had nothing but good experiences with Paul in the Miami Lakes office. But i can say our experience has changed as of today, he didn't really give us much information or truly explain his concerns. Instead we had a lot of written notes and evaluations to go thru. A doctor should be honest and explain thw reason behind his recommendation. We also have to say that nurses are not in tune with the operation. They took over 20 minutes to do an injection and just keep saying i thought the other assistant did it. We will go get a second opinion"
