"I scheduled an appointment with a few weeks in advance, over the phone, all set. I show up with my child to the appointment, I was refused service because my child's doctor "was no longer assigned to my child" and I had to call the health insurance (Medicaid) to make the change. I was told my child's doctor is now in Cutler Bay. One thing: I never asked for a specific doctor, just a pediatrician. The receptionist said she called "everyone" but my phone never rang. Frustrating after 1h driving to be sent back home because of incompetence."
