"This is the most unprofessional medical group you’ll find in Doral! If you’re coming here be ready to spend the whole day here, it doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or no, the last 2 times I waited 2 hours to get my child check even when I had an appointment and today my appointment was at 2:30 and I’m leaving around 4 without seeing any doctor. It’s awful and so unprofessional… when I told them that I was leaving they just told me to call for another appointment easy like that. One ⭐️ it’s too much for them!"

"Last time I visited this office was two years ago. All went very well. I had been taking my daughter there since she was born. She is a teen now. Today I had to call them and had the most rude, awful interaction with what seems to be the office manager. The lady would not let me finish my sentences, loud tone, rough, and even went as far as to say that I was "asking her to work for free". I couldn't believe my ears. At every point since my call I clearly stated "What did I need to do to get some records". Willing to pay on the spot. I can say about myself that I am very courteous and polite when interacting with anyone. I highly regard people-facing jobs. It was extremely hard to keep calm and collected with this reactive and rough person. She blew my mind. Maybe she was having a rough day and I wish her well. I understand manners, common consideration are running low in Miami. It still baffles me when I see it this blatantly. Clearly, it will not be a place for me anymore."
