"A lot of waiting time. I have waited there more than 2 hours to see the doctor. Doctor was nice but the processing time is too long. I am still waiting for my lab results they never call you for this and when you call them to check it, they don’t answer the phone and even if they answer they hang up the phone on you. There is no good patient service."

"My husband and my daughter waited two hours in this office, and they had to left because the staff didn’t know how more time they had to wait. I think this is disrespectful, I understand that there is a frame of time to be called, but two hours?, never happened something like that to us before, the pediatrician of my daughter is amazing, but we lived far away so I wanted to visit this office. It’s a shame I didn’t read the reviews before because it looks like this is normal there."
